Greenbrier
Greenbrier is your quintessential family-friendly neighborhood, offering classic single-family homes on large, mature lots. Barracks/Rugby

Locust Grove
Tucked away in the Northeast corner of the city, Locust Grove combines the best of city and suburban living. While some homes originated in the 1890’s, most of the area’s homes were constructed as single-family units between 1940 and 1970. However, newer construction is available in the recently completed St. Charles Place neighborhood. Route 250 borders one end of the neighborhood, adjoining bustling Downtown and Martha Jefferson, and offering a small commercial strip. North Downtown
The excitement of Charlottesville’s chic urban living draws many residents to the North Downtown neighborhood. The streets are steeped in history; it’s here that Charlottesville had its start. Located in the southwest corner of city, Belmont is a true gateway to Charlottesville.
